"To become an Alternate Reporting company, Amarantus must file a Form 15 with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) to deregister the Company from its 1934 Securities Act ('34 Act) reporting obligations. Despite the pending Form 15 filing, the Company intends to disclose material events to shareholders on a voluntary basis during the capital restructuring process."
