What this means is the common stock available for shareholders like us is minimal at roughly 35% as of this time. Gurba and his insiders are keeping a very tight control over the stock ownership, and also control all the preferred shares.
We were used as a convenience in the beginning to get things off the ground, but apparently are not necessary at this juncture. How much of the remaining 3.2 B common will go to the public- I bet not that much- it will be used for restricted/expansion payment.
Is this good or bad? If the trading stock availability tightens up, will it make for highly volatile trading patterns?
