I have never come across an outright denial of a RS request.
If and when FINRA approves, they will post to the daily list and it will become effective on whatever day the company specifies. There's not really a set timetable for that, i.e, 1 day, 3 days, etc.
With respect to other catalysts, Whether any of the other stuff on the table hits or not, we are in a 6 week window until the Annual will be submitted. It's supposed to be by the end of March but Wang has been late pretty much every time, so we added an extra 2 weeks to that for good measure.
