Can somebody explain why this offering wasn't priced on Monday when demand from Sunday's infomercial caused huge demand ?

I struggle to find a reason as to why this obvious manipulation hasn't been taken advantage of ? Thanks

Seriously, people had to own the stock by close of business last Friday but the infomercial comes out 2 days after. Weird
