Liars/manipulators are trying to position their plan b once the inevitable partnership/partnerships get announced. They are in trouble when most longs hold on tight. Yeah a major big pharma is going to plop down tens of millions and then sit on an asset for 20+ months. Narcissists think they are smarter than the longs. We'll see.

A partner soon and trial MAY start again in 2019, more likely 2020 unless there is a complete buyout. Takes a while to gear up a phase 3.
