While skimming through PCI compliance info one might come across - VISA ACCESS CONTROL SERVER (ACS) SERVICE PROVIDER PROGRAM, which in itself can lead to misinformation. While trying to understand compliance and a provider to become compliant one might easily become confused. Just a thought.
