What do you think of the late financials? Always disconcerting on the OTC and with big raises to AS, makes the optics worse.

I realize they may have (several) good reasons but why not send out a note letting shareholders know why the delay? I also realize they tend to cater to the long term investors vs the traders but it would be nice to let the investors know they arent going to get the rug pulled out from under them.
