We have 20 schools & 20 cities targeted for initial e-bike distribution. Total of 4K bikes to kick off campaign. We’re open to ideas on cities & schools where usage might be strong. Have an initial target distribution plan of 5-6K bikes. App is in place to monitor usage & revenue

We’re making good progress on the wind farm transaction. We are now exchanging drafts of the purchase and sale agreement. The structure of the deal is set. We’re just working on the proper language and details.
