Their CEO Otiko is an IP thief. He's also a defendent, along with his podiatry practice, in a copyright infringment case in CA. Plaintiff is Josten Theney.
Their fins have shown a six-figure Receivable for well over a year. It's never paid down because Otiko and his clinic owe VDRM this amount of money, and he doesn't have the clinic revenue to pay it. The Kasten/OPD Holdings/Keough case is strong. They just need to refile in CA or OK. It's funny to see anyone try to compare that ticker to OWCP. They couldn't be further away from each other on any measurement.
