I also think its possible they get a little better deal than just the 1.5 million. The 1.5 million is what they negotiated with the note holders, so knowing that Steve Spence is pretty competent, I'm sure they are trying to get as much as they can. Even if its just a little better- say $2 million or a commitment from an investor to provide more later if certain conditions are met, it should be a big positive. This company has always over promised and under-delivered, or more like never delivered.
