Personally, since the money is out of sight and lost before I buy any stock, I'm holding PDXP. Pat Johnson has been mentioning a form 211 submission to return to the OTC. A hefty fine for someone who really did nothing wrong.
Remember, the SEC suspends subjectively with no regard for investor dollars. They're at a corruption level of IHUB. Be that as it may, PDXP is bringing in revenues and they do have the backing, on the surface, of Frank from NVC funds. If NVC funds decides to throw financial assistance Pat's way, he'll have an easier path back to the OTC.
Gray trading will be very volatile with lot's of potential swings. PDXP could hit the trips, or could even surge forward depending upon Pat's aggressiveness with the SEC and form submissions. It's definitely a personal call on which way you'd want to go in the gray's. Some are holding and others will be saying they'll be holding, but will be calling their brokers first thing March 5th.
