3 recent rulings against the ALICE101 issue, and R&G's brief which should be filed today, knocking SA out of the game! I can hear the judges in the appeals court laughing at the California Judge's ruling, with the response; "What was he thinking!". LOL! We will be back on track with SA, and the remaining lawsuits & corresponding settlements!
