The last 2 trading days seen very low volume in the current price range. I can recall we seen 25 mill and 15 mill trading volume early Feb in this range. This could be a base signal as sellers have dried up and buyers are sitting on sidelines waiting for a PR but I am not waiting for that as I know if positive, the price per share will not be in this current range. Also all those pp shares I can recall most were sold at .0050. If ever a positive PR hits and I am betting it will.
I personally would release it together with the terrible inherited financials so my bet is bad news is already priced into the stock.

Interesting to see what happens this week and if any other org chgs or director addition is announced.
