He had a chance if he didn't surround himself with a collection of people not ready for prime time. It gets hard to go through and name good people & success stories in his cabinet and other, senior support people after a couple names. A dozen are gone already with more to follow - one way or the other. Most did not have the skill sets & experience necessary to do their jobs - and, their results show it. Unfortunately, I can't imagine many strong people want to join this team, now.

This team seems bad and the president picked them. He was so ill prepared for the job that he needed an outstanding support team and 13 months of spinning seems to indicate that he has just the opposite. It is almost crisis du jour - or, at least a couple a week.
