Bingo. The other intended effect of boosting the share price is that it attracts a whole different class of investors who don't trade stocks on the OTC. They want blue chips. Sucks for them though because it's gonna cost them a lot more to enter than the effective post-split price of $3-4 many of us paid assuming the RS actually goes through at the proposed ratio. When you look at it that way, it's like paying $3/share to enter with google or amazon when they IPO'd at levels much higher. When JBZY uplists and gets their valuation it should be well in excess of $3-4 to begin with.
