You'll recall the Federal budget was just signed into law recently. Much depends on the effective date of the contract & the billing cycle. Remember, it could not legally be issued until funds were in the account of the OPR for the contract. Consequently what I can only say (given my experience as a Federal contracting officer) is, perhaps. Sorry. This is one reason I have stressed that the 1Q18 release on 15 May is where the rubber meets the road IMHO.
