Just another piece to the puzzle... $PDXP was never issued a Wells Notice from the #SEC Kind of wondering if @CNBC or @chengevelyn looked into that at all. Typically this would have been the 1st step of the #SEC Tells me there was "NO" investigation, just bag of cash.
