I realize BP will have to pony up some significant sums to buy any platform today and most likely would use shares rather than cash. The shares received for them would be wonderful for IPIX stockholders and only get more valuable over time as the platform they receive comes on line, but the dividends from these BPs would have to be shared with the hundreds of millions of shares of their other shareholders.
My take is that if we partnered with them and amassed royalties, IPIX stockholders should see immediate funds and also down the line MASSIVE dividends as the royalties become enormous. The IPIX infrastructure will be only a handful of employees (maybe less than 15 or so?), no mfg/sales/HR/etc or even a corporate office outside of a leased office space. The only thing they would have to do with those yearly massive royalties would be to divest them to stockholders. I am not a financial giant, there may be many holes in my views and if you see them please point them out and what you would do otherwise.
