Well, we have three shots on goal with Brilacidin. Let's hope we line up a fourth with Prurisol. Odds are looking pretty good at least one will succeed:
1) B-ABSSSI works great. ABXs with strong phase 2b trials tend to do well in phase 3.
2) B-OM works great - topical, unlikely to see complications in a phase 3.
3) B-UP worked overwhelmingly great on a small sample with simple delivery.
4) P worked well @200mg for an oral with no major side effects in phase 2a. Hopefully phase 2b has enough stacked in our favor (higher dose, easier mod-severe disease, easier grading scale: PASI vs IGA)
All up to the head honcho to secure the deal(s) to fund them to completion. And you only need one to succeed to have substantial returns from a $100M market cap.
