I agree. It angers me that the SEC actually listens to disgruntled investors or shorting groups without any substantiated charges. Anyone can call up the SEC and demand an investigation.... this is absolutely ridiculous on any level. If they think JF violated securities laws then they should be talking to him, not shareholders of OWCP.
