I would like to see the people who have been contacted by Michael Grimes call someone other then Michael Grimes from the SEC to confirm if this is real or false. Take appropriate action after that. My parents were scammed recently in a very cunning way. By getting someone else involved you will know if it's real or not.

I can say I've been close to this group and they have not given me any inside information. That was not that I didn't try for it, it's that they wouldn't offer it up. There for I'm confident if this is real it won't materialize.
