I was called about a week ago by the Mike Grimes, attorney at SEC. He also sent me the same PDF that Pussim referenced.
I was on the phone for almost an hour. Wanted to know:
1.how I found out about the stock,
2,why I purchased so many shares, (600k),
3.who I may have spoken with at the company or anyone else.
4. Asked that i send any correspondence that i may have sent to anyone at OWCP or others concerning the company.
5.Said that this was very, very preliminary and that nothing may come of it.
6. Asked if I knew who Friedland, Bignitz and Rozenblat were.
I have given testimony before a congressional committee before but must admit this made me more nervous than that. So much so, that after i received the PDF I called the attorney Grimes back and inquired if I was in trouble. He assured me that I wasn't.
So....this is very legit.
