So you're ruling out a regional deal? I was thinking we might get a regional deal to alleviate the cash pressure and get some external validation. That would allow a proper exchange and institutions to digest our pipeline (revalue it upwards) before doing larger deals from a stronger position.

I would agree that for a worldwide B-OM deal closer to $50M upfront is about right.
