In speaking with Apple the other day, they did say that the app is temporarily unavailable.
Last night I contacted fuja making him aware that I felt that the React feature was added to the UF app on my Apple iPhone. I haven't ever recall seeing it in the past.
I can tell you for a fact that it definitely was added and maybe going though testing as you said.
I was able to send fuja a text of the movie I was viewing in the trailer, rental, purchase section. There is now a React button next to the exit button. I took a snap shot of it and sent it to fuja.... Maybe he can upload the picture and post it.
