Basically what it boils down too is Steve did not get the AUDIT done, He didn't let the shareholders know about Delaware.
If you remember days leading up to Audit the stock was in the .0060's in anticipation and churning good with good Volume!
Had the Audit Happened, the next trading Day IMO, we are flirting with .01c, then the PR's, Tweets, pic of Contracts, have the Concrete behind them! With all that said, no reason why it wouldn't be .015-.02 cents with a name change, share reduction looming.
But for the reasons we know now,the stock is where it should be for now IMO! Stevie B has got too calculate his moves in a better fashion IMO, He's excitable and I get it, but the concrete is what the shareholders really Want! JMO and GLTY
