Yes that is also a possibility. I was analyzing it giving the benefit that MMEX would be actively avoiding the RS and trying to meet the QB deadline. I do not recall any language in the arrangement that would prevent the put prior to an RS. There is a 7 day valuation period where the put shares are calculated off the lowest price.
