the easiest aspect to *control* on the OTC is company's stock price
this is why *volume* matters .. in ascertaining *volume* .. one has to actually review the daily tape of trades to see if there is wash trading being done
what isn't easy on the OTC .. is for a company whose PPS has been manipulated 24/7/365 .. to outlast those NR (non retail entities)
this is why P2O (company) is still such a threat and why P2O's mgmt/tech and most revealing of all .. actual investors .. are targets
