still a couple filings to look at -
so thats why WOLV is now pink current, a designation shared by many SEC reporting companies who don't meet the relatively new (as of ca 2014/2015) otcmarkets.com min bid test of 1c and/ or companies who dont pay a surcharge of $10000 for the otc news and disclosure service to be listed as OTCQB
