I have been communicating with Patrick and pushing him to keep shareholders updated as much as possible. Here is a bit of our communication:
Me: I am highly disappointed that the stock has been suspended without absolutely any proof by the SEC. PDXP is not related to cryptocurrencies at all so I don’t see how this is grounds to suspend it. So in terms of the SEC investigation, have they made any information requests from you or your legal team regarding recent company activity?-
Patrick: We are very disappointed as well as we feel that this action was unwarranted. We have not been made aware of an SEC investigation. We were provided a Voluntary information procedure form if we chose to send them information. there was no formal information request for anything.
