I was asked this question about the Appeal case:
"When do you think we’ll be hearing more on the appeal please? Thanks!"
With Federal Circuit Courts recently reversing some Alice decisions this bodes very very well for SFOR. I don't think Ropes & Gray even needed these developments to destroy the Alice 35/101 idea that SFOR patent claim #53 is "abstract" but why not reference these cases if it strengthens the case even more! As a result, I think they will wait until March 26 to file their rebuttal to the SecureAuth decision.
