10K/Q update from Andrew Reid...
Thanks for your support. 10K has been a long and painful process but we are within days of filing. Treaty had an enormous amount of activity last year and the Auditors have been very laborious on many aspects of revenue recognition and debts. The Q will be able to be filed, we believe within a week of the K filing. Things are moving along with current operations and expect to have everything in place in Belize to support full scale operations in the next 10 days. We have had to deal with compliance issues that had been neglected by prior operators over the years on the old leases and have been working diligently to bring everything in compliance. Our team in Texas has been doing an incredible job and working very quickly. Some times in the oil patch things just don’t go as planned and we have had to make some adjustments but we have learned from our mistakes and have taken a proactive approach that will benefit us all in the long run. All of us at Treaty are very excited about the coming months and feel great things are on the horizon.
