The major seller is definitely Aspire IMO. Before the SP touched $0.63, I saw more than 40K shares were sold at $0.64 quickly. One block was 35K shares.
Another factor could be stop-loss. Some like to set the stop-loss at or below the 52-week low (not recommended). Once $0.63 was breached, volume increased as a result.
I bought more at $0.63 and my order was filled at first try.
