Stating another fact, the PPS is not gonna move with any degree of upward momentum until financing has been locked and loaded. This is very obvious considering all the current "progress" and pr's concerning them and the continue lag/slump in the PPS. You would think a supposed major event such as groundbreaking would have total different effect then the pps tanking to .0039.
