Try not to panic. The opening days on the gray market, at least historically in the stocks I've had there, are non-movers. Sometimes stocks stagnate at the current price for awhile while company CEOs try to cover their scam tactics, or prove their worth.
With Johnson, he'll have the opportunity to prove his 350 million assets. If he does, and has the liquidity to provide verification through an audit, he can actually do quite well in the grays.
If you feel the need to put in an immediate sell order day one, by all means, call your broker and set your limit. It still may take time to find a buyer as broker-to-broker trades are the only means by which this can trade.
At the very least, it won't be manipulated down or shorted. I doubt that's a silver lining, but hang in there, the story is not fully written yet, IMO.
