Re: Wheelhorse #4164
WH....long time shareholder here. Admire your conviction to the company, following your plan and your valid inquiries & resultIng replies. We can always learn and for industry outsiders more information and over communication is helpful (just need to decipher thru it). All that, IMO a healthy skepticism is still warranted- both of the companies ability to execute and the blind faith given to many posters. For the latter, I’m frankly tired of the naysayers, haters and victims and also of the continued assertion that a few disgruntled, former or current shareholders are to blame. Question all and don’t trust what you can’t verify.
I’m sure you have spoken to KB and I find him to be insightful (need to read between the words sometimes), full of integrity, a visionary and wanting to do the right thing. That said, I still have reservations and am taking a wait and see approach before I would consider additional purchases. Granted the risk-reward proposition is very compelling esp as the sp languishes at these levels.
As best I know, RM failed to land a marketing/distribution contract with WM/Sam’s. How is KB going to do it with CVS and Kroger’s? Portfolio seems to be headed in right direction but seems we need a white knight to help us along. Assuming portfolio is what it is cracked up to be...what is mfg capability, what is QA plan, what is distribution network to supply, what is ST-LT company solvency, what is Lt company plan (sell, partner, go it alone), what is disaster recovery plan, what is patent protection, etc. How can CVS-Kroger-Costco or others even begin to put pen to paper without this due diligence. I’m from the mfg industry and can certainly say they won’t or shouldn’t move forward without these and many more basic questions being asked and responded.
Im still a believer. Why would any exec with any element of integrity create and continue such a charade. As an investor, make no mistake I’m in this for money and that translates to sp appreciation. As a humanitarian I want more and better for the afflicted. If I choose I can support the humanitarian portion monetarily and with my time and prayer.
So the jury and judge are still out (no pun intended) on how this plays out. I don’t know but suspect that many shares of this company are tightly held and that many are waiting. I am looking for a volume surge at some point that should be followed by sustained price growth. I am looking forward to the annual report and hopefully some signals on our progress. I’m
Thinking JJ -DECN settlement is mid year w or wo the Chinese. I’m thinking that settlement under 100m is too small unless it comes with IP. I’m
Thinking we have already done a good job leveraging the IP already given within the portfolio.
Last I’m thinking I’m done on this soapbox. GL to DECN and it’s investors.
