looks to me as if it is breaking out if a squeeze, just like it did 3/03/‘17 and 10/03/‘17.
after a period of depressed price, ultra-low volumes often signal a reversal. interest is now growing not diminishing. i expect this transformation to be more fully manifest after early March. for this stock, these movements are typically dramatic.
