$TWGI  looks like a nice mergers  On February 10, 2012, the Company signed a merger agreement with WikiPay, Inc. in which it acquired the company for approximately 7,992,000 shares of the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock. The fair value of the preferred shares was $8,791,200.
