I have seen this too many times. I did buy high because I did not read the filings correctly. I was too busy collecting money to buy before the big four auto dealers would purchase the product in August. With the big run up, I did not know about the filings (my bad). I did subsequently know about the LAM settlement, but the revenue numbers were incredible for a start up. I am buying now (even though I know what the offshore people are doing) because eventually, the shorters will be out of shares to short. Their short time manipulation will be squashed by the amount of revenues. It is a gamble I am willing to take.
