I think the company at present has somewhere under $15 million dollar market cap... With the current share structure there isn't a lot of room to assign new shares for the assets that the research reveals should be coming in. Hence a R/S to free up the necessary shares for any roll ins or PIPE deals, but, in the end, a market cap of under $15 million is absolutely insane and when it readjusts after the Annual Report is revealed, we will make a lot of money if we still hold shares of this company... I am holding every share I have ever bought...
