The problem is that bSafeMobile is an accessory that is offered when you are paying for the vehicle in the Finance office of the dealership.
The deal with Costco allows you to but the car with your specs but since the device added later to the car it's not part of the Costco deal. The dealership gets that part of the sale.
Nice try though. Buying a car thru Costco can be great but those dealer add-ons that get shoved down your throat have nothing to do with Costco.
