Nope, never was. Might have been of value but the closest QMC got to Klimov was only by association via QMCs' one-time interest in Dr.Hollingsworths' giant shell quantum dot patent...Klimov is one of her peers & CoPi'd much of that (& other) patents with Hollingsworth. Klimov, along with a select few QDot pioneer's like Bawendi at MIT & Alivisatos at UC Berkeley are the most notable scholars in the field. QMCs' award winning scholar is Dr.Wong, who spent time at MIT before eventually becoming a professor at Rice U...& is on QMCs' scientific advisory board, along with Dr.Jabbour, who is highly regarded in his fields as well.
