If they ever expect to ramp production, they need a big name willing to help with buildout now, not in ten years...going it alone is not a sound management decision, at least until they can ramp to about 1000 homes a year within the next 5 years. They have an awesome product, and I hope they can focus on production and build of production facilities rather than wasting their time at this point building them on their own.
