Just a reminder, ON4 Communications is not on the list of Tax delinquent Businesses in Delaware.

Not *NEW* news, but it is good to take note that one of the following must have occurred at some point.
Our records indicate that the following taxpayers are currently not paying their State of Delaware tax liabilities. Under § 359(b), Title 30 of the Delaware Code, the Division is required to publicly disclose an individual or business' unpaid tax liability information until one of the following occurs:
• Taxpayer enters into an acceptable installment agreement
•Taxpayer pays their debt in full
•Taxpayer provides proof of payment
•Taxpayer provides proof of bankruptcy
