Forgot to mention, when they accumulate, they use what leverage they have at their disposal that most of us don't have. Large cash/share reserves and the ability to "toy" with the bid/ask so that they can hold the price in "the zone" while they load up. Many like to call it a loading "wall". They know it's headed higher.
