The trick is that the e-mail said "finalize" the 211. We all know that it's a back and forth process with FINRA and additional clarification. I'm curious if that means its done. Initial discussions said 4-6 months so we're about to enter the sweet spot.
Of course all this is based on the hope that the e-mail was legit.
