PHIL 10Q shows $25M ASSETS and only $13M liabilities
so just on that $12M net positive balance PHIL should be
trading @ .12 right now on book value !

Add in the positives of CEO saying no more dilution and
Revenue projections of at least $150M for 2019 and
PHIL is a screaming buy at this level imo.
