As I am holding out hope too.
One thought that keeps crossing my mind is that the SEC is so new to crypto/blockchain that no one really knows how this will be handled. Could it be a halt, until further investigation. Either officially being suspended or lifting the halt. My brokerage account said it was halted, Not suspended. Maybe I'm living on a prayer.
