SA-won illegally, now-they can-try legally to-win
That is after Ropes and Grey wins the Appeal,
Nothing illegal done to SA to appeal, , now they get the chance to defend itself and prove that SFORs patent is illegal and they wont have to pay millions.
Problem is they have as much evidence as Microsoft had with their battalian of lawyers searching ,looking for something, anything legal to use against SFOR to defeat their iron clad patent, and found nothing and settled.
Bet SA will have fun with that search ! (I think Not)
