I have serious reservations about posts "low-balling" SP's and Buyout figures.FWIW don't post figures that don't have verifiable back-up examples because it will just make "one" suspect as being a short or a trader.
(or a multi identity sociopath seeking love and attention from the board).
To suggest buyout or SP figures,try to find historical SP's and/or buyouts of comparable companies with comparable situations.(Difficult to do with IPIX because of their multiple compounds)
