what I find utterly mind boggling: SEC talking about using crypto cryptic messages by companys eluding to using ICO and blockchain to boost their shareprice. YET!! SEC allows highly illegal stock bashing to MANIPULATE the
same share of such company based on false pretence and misinformation.
Please tell me how the F does that work???
